His Excellency Mohammed Ibrahim Al Shaibani - President/CEO.

H.E. Mohammed A. Ibrahim Al Shaibani,is the President/CEO of Global Capital Funding Incorporation PJC: H.E. Mohammed A. Ibrahim Al Shaibani serves as Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of the Investment Corporation of Dubai. H.E. Al Shaibani serves as the Director-General of His Highness the Ruler's Court in Dubai. He served as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Kerzner International Limited from April 19, 2016 to August 9, 2016. He has held the position of President at the Dubai Office since 1998. In this capacity, he was based in London for eight years and he oversees the functioning of this office from Dubai. He served as the Chairman and Head of the Dubai Office of Dubai Bank PJSC. He started his professional life with Dubai Ports Authority and Jebel Ali Free Zone where he worked for seven years. He then acted as the Managing Director of Al Khaleej Investments in Singapore for four years. He has extensive experience as an administrator and corporate leader and holds several board and senior leadership positions in major local companies. H.E. Al Shaibani has been the Chairman of Dubai Islamic Bank P.J.S.C since March 9, 2008. He also serves as the Chairman of Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Establishment. He serves as the Chairman at Kerzner International Limited. He serves as the Deputy Chairman of Expo 2021 Dubai and the Vice Chairman of the Supreme Fiscal Committee of Dubai. He was the Chairman and Director of National Bonds Corporation PJSC. He serves as Director of Deira Investment Company, The Knowledge Fund, International Humanitarian City (IHC) and Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd. He has been a Director of Dubai World Corporation since December 13, 2010. He serves as a Director of Dubai Islamic Bank P.J.S.C and Istithmar World P.J.S.C. He was the Director of Dubai Bank PJSC, Emaar Properties PJSC and SHUAA Capital psc. H.E. Al Shaibani is also a Member of the Executive Council of Dubai. He holds Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science from the United States in 1998.

Rashid Butti Bin Humaid Bin Bishr - Director of Investment and Loan.

His Excellency Rashid Butti Bin Humaid Bin Bishr  was appointed as director of Investment and Loan of Global Capital Funding Incorporation in June 2011. Mr. Rashid holds a number of Government positions and plays an increasingly pivotal role in the Emirates's finance and energy sectors. He has been at the forefront of Dubai's remarkable economic development for more than 25 years.His Excellency Rashid Butti Bin Humaid Bin Bishr is also the Chairman of the Emirates Institute for Banking and Financial Studies (EIBFS) and Dubai Sports Corporation and the Vice Chairman of Dubai Autism Centre. His other board memberships include Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) Authority, Emirates Telecommunications Corporation (Etisalat), DIFC Investments LLC., National General Insurance Co., Amlak Finance, Pak Telecom Mobile Ltd, Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited as well as the International Humanitarian City.His professional and vocational qualifications include a Bachelor’s Degree in Banking and Finance and a Master’s Degree in International Business Management and in Executive Leadership Development.

 H.E Tahnoon Bin Zayed Al Nahyan–Director of Finance.His Excellency Tahnoun B. Al-Nahyan heads the marketing team of Global Capital Funding IncorporationPJC. and its subsidiaries.Mr. Tahnoun B. Al-Nahyan is Chairman at First Abu Dhabi Bank PJSC, Chairman at Abu Dhabi Amiri Flight and Chairman at Royal Group (United Arab Emirates). Mr. Al-Nahyan was previously employed as Chairman by Abu Dhabi Aviation Co. and Chairman by First Gulf Bank PJSC.Tahnoun bin Mohammed Al Nahyan (طحنونبنمحمدآلنهيان) is the Ruler's Representative of the Eastern Region of the United Arab Emirates. He was previously chairman of Abu Dhabi state owned oil company.His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun bin Mohammed bin Khalifa Al Nahyan, the Ruler’s Representative in the Eastern Area was one of the few people who had the honour of accompanying the late Sheikh Zayed bin Sultan Al Nahyan, the founding father and builder of the United Arab Emirates, from an early age. The late Sheikh Zayed had an enormous influence on His Highness Sheikh Tahnoun. He gained a lot of practical experience and knowledge from Sheikh Zayed as he was well informed about the conditions of the people of Al Ain and their affairs since he had been the Ruler’s Representative in the Al Ain area.

 Omar  Mohammed - Managing Director

Omar Mohammed holds the post of Managing Director at Global Capital Funding Incorporation PJC. He has led Global Capital Funding Incorporation since 2005, overseeing the company’s strategic transformation into a leading investment company. Previously, he served as the Director of Global Capital Funding Incorporation, and Director of Global Capital Funding Incorporation Leasing. Earlier in his career, Mr. Omar held various positions at Dubai Islamic Bank, the UAE Central Bank, the Abu Dhabi Fund for Development, and Kraft Foods. He serves on the board of a number of companies, including New York-listed AerCap Holdings, Abu Dhabi Ship Building, Dunia Finance, Siraj Finance, and Anglo Arabian Healthcare. Mr. Omar is a UAE national with a degree in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University in Boston, USA.
